Looking for a reliable Windows VPS.
I want to host a small PHP/MySQL application on it and use it for download/upload.

So I need:
- Unlimited BW
- min. 30 Gb space
- min. 512 dedicated RAM
- Hotfile premium download working, Rapidshare download working
- RS/HF/FS Uplaod working
- min. 100mbps
- access via remote desktop with admin power

I want to buy for 1 year in advance, budget around $300 (can be discussed a little).
If I could get an invoice it would be better :D

If you know a stable host that can match my needs please recommend

$300 wasn't enough, you have to raise your budget.
About the 1 year dealing.
It's recommended to go for a provider who's have a registered office and exist at least 5 year on the market.

how much budget do you propose we should have?
nqhost, xsserver, knowinservers have plans within our budget

I could go up to around $400 maybe

I recommend going with VIPMember I've two Windows vps server with them I gotta say they're great on support, and setting up vps servers very fast I haven't experienced any downtime with them yet.
