Well ignoring DMCA works a bit against me because I'm a pornographer. Regardless, I currently have hosting but I'm willing to look at what you have to offer.

Hint : Try telling everyone what nations your servers are located in and where your company is registered.

Facism and censorship have arrived in the United States and Europe. Knowing what nation(s) a host is registered in and where their servers are is a MAJOR selling feature.

It's become both a balancing act of weighing cost versus value and a game of staying ahead of the censorship.

I've been looking into Moldova and the location is perfect. BUT... I'm not willing to pay the VPS prices. Right now, our hosting in Thailand but I think we can find better.

You might be the best host in the world.
But the way things are in the USA it would be easier to just call the FBI and confess to being non-Christian so they can send us on vacation to Guantanamo.

So honestly, as long it's in the United States.... We'll have to look someplace else.
 
I have recently had bad experiances with both ava.hosting and alexahost.com I wouldnt recommend them.

Are you still using shared hosting?
I have used undergroundprivate (VPS) for several years with excellent uptime, they do shared hosting but I have not used it.

For us, a LOT depends on what's happening with our Japanese market and what we're able to figure out with distribution into China. Japan is still in the 20th century and China is a cluster fuck for distribution.

So we're not using shared hosting but that might change. These days EVERYTHING changes without reason or common sense.
