Looking For Staff

We at WarezShelter.Com are in extreme need of staff !
Well, Requirements are very high though !

The person need not be an experienced one
I want to give chance to new ones
Mostly preferred age is above 15

4 Global Moderators
Designers
Uploaders

Well, In return, My staff will get entrance to a Staff Lounge
I don't wanna tell what there is in it ! But there is much :D

Yes, Mate I might be huge, But I wanna give chance to new persons !
