yeah and its not too late if you are offering $$ for staff then take 8$ from your budget and buy another domain .com/.net/.org

well the best uploader can get 30 max but if he upload just 1 time in a week he will not get paid ! but if he is active uploader (i mean everyday 5 movies something like that ) then i can give him 10 USD ,more uploads = ++ money, make sure there is Competitions so you can get a lot of money if you win !

I'll Creat A Competitions For Uploaders And The Winner Get Paid 30 USD .

if he is a good uploader as well then he get paid + 10 USD That's Mean 40 USD Per Month For The Best(winner) Uploader
