i m looking for a vps for my forum.My forum link

we have a 3* katz forum we r expecting next month to be 4*
we are currently hosted on scorpiohost.com.but they request us to move to vps coz we have more than 300 connections as they say.
i m looking for managed vps coz i m new to vps interface and stuff so

specifications i m looking for :
processor : dual core or quad core
ram : min 512 mb
space : 20gb
os : any os
port:1gbps (dedi if available)
bandwidth:i think 200gb more than enough (i guess host can increase bandwidth according to our needs)
server location : NL
purpose of vps : only for forum (no rapidleech and other activities)
cpanel included : optional we can go with free cpanel interface like kloxo
budget : 20-25$

There is no way you'll get unmetered for 25$ or cpanel... cpanel itself costs about 15$ monthly
I dont know who even offers unmetered vps hosted in NL

Try KnownSRV, I have read only good reviews for them.
I'm using their shared hosting and I haven't experienced any problems

EDIT: and if you need it for forum, you really dont need unmetered than, just look at your current B/W consumption
 
mate i tried contacting them very bad costumer service no response what so ever so u expect me to go with them no way

well, I'm not sure you can find unmetered bandwith in NL for 20-25$... they are little expensive from that point of view... if you can use germany, then you will find what you need for even less money...

and yeah, forget on cpanel... but you can use kloxo ;) pretty same thing for free
 
actually you can go with unmanaged VPS provider i will help you managing it for you for free of course

Although we can't offer unmetered in the Nerherlands we are able to offer loads of bandwidth in the USA(even unmetered is possible there) - http://knownsrv.com/vps-usa.php

EDIT: Don't get me wrong. Of course we can offer you unmetered in the NL but it will be very costly so I suggest you looking into USA packages.
 
Don't waste your time thinking go with knownsrv. i have been using their managed vps for more than a month and have no troubles. Their support is awesome,their servers are powerful , prices are not high and moreover they provide managed vps.

Cpanel itslef costs 15$/month so forget to take CPanel if your budget is 20-25$

For A Warez Site I would recommend You Netherland not USA.. USA is very strict in case of warez rules

Well , Its better if you go with CityNetHost .
They provide you with high quality VPS from Egypt at low cost .
But of course you have to spend more if you want to buy Cpanel license .
 
well as people said,cpanel itself costs 15$,so you cant get it that cheap,but you can get cheap and reliable VPS providers;but you will have to install the cpanel yourself
