Looking for reliable offshore host

My website is a vbulletin forum with over 18k registered members. It receives about 2,000 UV/s a day. I will need a stable offshore host that ignores DMCA, has been in the biz for a while, and will host my website which currently uses 3GB of space and over 150GB bw / month (and prob will continue to grow).

I dont necessarily need a VPS or dedicated, but i do need to be on a server that's not overcrowded, responsive, and has a good CPU avg load time.

How many times do we need to say it? No one can ignore the DMCA, nor any other copyright organization. In order to stay online, you need to co-operate.

ServeDome is currently only reliable hosting at WJunction, and support is great. There are also hosting companies like KnowinServers.com, but I wasn't hosted with them so can't tell you anything about them.
 
I wouldnt recommend you buy from any host that offers you anything for one it shows that their eager for business from my perspective.

the prob is not i can't afford it i don't have supported payment method to pay WHMCS

and i don't think i will need it if there is free alternative :'( moron

I'm not going to even argue with you here. You might wanted try to act more professional has a webhosting provider instead of calling someone a moron.
 
where is the nulled WHMCS please give me URL to it i don't even use it. my site is Legal i use ticket based system to manage my invoices please don't misunderstanding

please understand i don't use that script for my domain aka (i didn't buy it) its not on my host its not hosted by my server

http://xsltel.com/ using free wordpress with ticket based system to manage clients invoices all accounts setup are manually there is no nulled WHMCS on my server all clients information are secured so please stop that Nulled Darama about my hosting services
