bad servers, outdated windows server 2012 which most programs no longer work correct because updates are no longer possible, they like to ban for the funniest reasons, windows cpu is overloaded with a single 200 mb download and after 3 warnings you get banned xD top host of the year *sarcasm on*

Just open a dispute on PayPal. That pisses them off good!
 
Just make sure, whoever you pick, to do your homework. Web hosting is kinda like going on a job interview.. It's all about being at the right place at the right time. Just because 50 other people may have bad experiences, doesn't mean you will.
