Looking for paypal account

Hey there,

I am looking to buy a verified paypal account. I want to receive money there and transfer it elsewhere after.

Has anyone reading this bought a paypal account? Or have any knowledge where I could safely buy one, without getting scammed?

I don't think this is doable. Paypal gives hard time to genuine users. You can get someone to forward your payment or two, but running a Paypal account under different credentials will eventually mean you will loose all your funds there. I suggest to look for another payment provider, e.g. Paxum.

You're looking to buy a PP-account which has been verified with a creditcard, or are you looking to buy a PP-account where user has been name & address verified by Paypal?

I have verified PP account with my credit card. also no hold there, some transactions, and acc more then 18 month old, if someone interested pm me and we talk for details..
