Looking for Partner/Sponsor

Hi Guys,

Today i discovered i was the owner of a few more domain names
which i registered over 2 years ago.

But the 1 domain that stands out for me is:
http://ipb-box.com/

Reason being:

Domain Created Date: 2008-11-16
Domain Age: 2 Years, 300 Days
PageRank: 1 (PR1 with nothing at all on it for years)This domain is a potential goldmine because the older the domain
the more credibility it has with major search engines.

The PR itself i have no idea how it managed to get as
the site is a completely empty site! xD

Anyway what i am thinking of doing is making a IPB version
of vbteam and this domain is the best for the job because
of it's past history :P

Anyway i am either looking for a partner who would pay
for the hosting bill's and we split any profits made 50/50

Or i am looking for a Sponsor who will get link
back for hosting in the footer.

100GB Disk
Russian
1.5GB RAM
Port Speed; Don't know you'd have to ask Motionite.

If you need it you can use it with me. It's good for another month or so. It costs me around $22-$23. We can split the costs.
