My Advice is to go with ecatel

contact them via their helpdesk (if you want the link PM me) and ask them for a special offer/quote they have plenty of those for resellers

and in their servers you get directadmin for free
2 gb ram additional for 75 euro once only

i have a dedicated with them with budget even lower than you are buying. (500gb and 2gb ram)

Most Importantly They allow all what you want so do not worry for dmca or any shit like that
the things not allowed is *underage porn *phising *spam *malware

You can also go for resellers for ecatel like xsltel.com they get all the hot deals and special offers

i am a customer at ecatel for 2 and a half month now they are perfect till now. but you need to know your way around dedicated servers as they do not offer managed services only unmanaged ones

Hmm. For now I have got what I wanted. Now I am thinking of getting another Dedi...this time for hosting RDPs and Seedboxes.

Obviously, a bit lower specs than mine required will do. also looking to get it in budget of about $100.
 
It's a dedicated server you can do what you want and the location
is in NL you can create VPS's on it if you want.

Im sure ovh, even if its ovh.nl - the servers are in roubaix or paris in france....

please correct me if im wrong, but they do not allow many things, and easily block servers/null route them.
