I am looking for Windows VPS Hosting with the following specifications:

CPU: 2 Cores
HDD: 50 GB
RAM: 768 MB
IPv4: 1 address
IPv6: Optional

Montly Bandwidth Limit: 500 GB

OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Web Edition (Prefered) or Standard Edition.
Hypervisor: XEN or KVM
Control Panel: SolusVM
Location: Europe

I have license keys so Windows license is not required.

Does it have to be a VPS? What about SemiDedicated(Shared) hosting?

Yes, it does have to be a VPS since administrator access is required for custom configuration of the services I intend to run.
