Looking for moderators

I'm just starting up a new forum and I'm looking for moderators. The forums are currently being built at the moment. I'm also looking for people who will be able to provide ideas and concepts for me to create to make the forum new and fresh unlike what is currently available at the moment.

I am looking for potential moderators and people to assist with the initial startup of the community.
