I paid prismhost.net for domain (all year) and for hosting, so If I want leave them I must buy domain again?

If you have bought the domain from them, you might have to get the EPP code to transfer the domain, or, if there is an available option, just change the nameservers.

Prismhost seems to provide domains from ResellerClub , so your domain is safe atleast till the time you paid for . But you can't change the DNS until you got the domain access , so better wait for the Yash to respond and provide you your domain access as until that you won't be able to move with the same domain . Else then that , get a new domain restore your website on it .

I guess No ; but you can always ask ResellerClub to transfer your domain ? Don't you have any paid invoices for the domain ? Just show them that and tell them the host site is offline so you want to shift .
