whyn't you can consult other hosting provider.....?? Rapidgator/Glumbo and all, may they help about your hosting queries (or) invest with them and become partner...
Because i think fileband(micro filehost) eat less resource compared to mega hosting , so better get a quote or contract with big filehosts, will save big investments
