edomz.com cpv network accept traffic from all the country. they have advertiser from all the country. I would like to suggest you this network they are reliable and paying network
 
I used it before, thanks, but in 2 weeks my earnings was 0.00 - it seems they don't pay for cpm views, only for cpc, contextual and pop up; in my account only these 3 options are available, I can't set up cpm banners!
So this isn't good for me, but thank you anyway :)

edomz.com network appears to be reasonable and good. Cannot say they are the best like adsense, but i can say one of the good network and honest webmaster.
 
I believe you, thanks, but for me it isn't profitable at all, they are not paying for CPM, see my previous reply :)
