Try out with Centos Web hosting control panel. You can install it on a VPS and restore cPanel backups even.

I just tested it on one of my dedicated servers and I have nothing to say .. Everything is operational takes about 30 minutes of your time to install and everything is set and ready for use ..

Radio server, torrent server, TeamSpeak server etc .. Everything is there and ready for use.
