Looking for designers to give me a few quotes

I am looking for someone to design a homepage and inner page for a gallery site.
i would require full page design, logo design and maybe some banners made.
please pm me for info on the project. i don't wanna post url here :)
i can pay paypal or paxum.
Not looking for header design only, i need all the page done nicely.

i need to specify that i don't need any cms for this project. just looking for desing. people who can also slice it into html are welcome to message me. if i like the results i will have more work

Also, I'd love to apply but have exams till Wednesday. That's too late I guess?
