Dedicated Looking for Dedicated server to use for Legit mass emailing

I am looking for dedicated server which will be used for legit mass emailing and i will be needing 50 ip's and if it works great then more server and ip's

Mass emailing means you need this server for spaming!?
I think that maximum providers are don't allow you to do that!

Like i said i don't need to use it for spam or spam mass emailing it will be used for legit purposes and for those who think why i need alot of ip's its again no spam usage i need more ip's because you are always limited to send to TLD's and for each project it takes at least 3 months before you can whitelist your project/ip's.
