Looking for backlinker

I am going to add a backlink service on HiloHost. I will need someone who regularly does backlink services to people.

It will work like this:

I advertise the service on my website similar to this menu:

http://hilohost.com/pricing.html

All customers who pay at HiloHost pay to my account. When the backlinker/yourself has completed the backlinks and made a report I shall pay you what the customer paid but take a percentage. Costs are negotiable.

I'm looking for a known WJunction user.
