All big websites have their own dedicated servers or build up a private cloud with it, and then use their own custom script.
Vidplay is simply https://vidsrc.to/embed/tv/tt0944947/1/1 defending on your script structure you can simply use the imdb or tmdb id to get the embed video https://vidsrc.to/embed/tv/tmdbid/seasonnumber/episodenumber

Its easy to customize if you save the movie or tv info with external ids

Full of malvertising no thanks, vidsrc.me is the original probably the best in my opinion although there is not much out there to choose from.
Vidsrc.me has so many incorrect titles and images I am in the process of removing all their links and finding my own solution.
