Looking for an offshore VPS host that can manage my Wordpress/Music site..

Hey everyone,
I'll try to keep everything as formal as I can, in regards to my search for a new VPS provider..

My site:
  • 20-30,000 visitors daily
  • Based on: WordPress (blog), VB (forum) ,and some custom scripts developed by my developer.
  • Content type: music, lyrics, videos (but NO media is hosted on the server, except text obviously!)
  • URL: I'm staying anon , thanks.

Reasons for the migration?
  • I need to get away from HostGator as they're based in the US (i've been with them for 6 years anyway), but you know nowdays you can't trust the US.
  • I've already switched my .com domain to .se version, also with an .eu as a mirror
  • And also HostGator is EXPENSIVE!!

What VPS am I looking for ?
  • Apache
  • WHM & CPanel (I don't like the free VirtualMin)
  • 10 GB HDD (i don't care how small, because no audio is being hosted)
  • 10 GB HDD (as a back-up, so this server has to be in a "RAID" set-up)
  • Full Sever Management (I don't like the idea of "unmanaged hosting")
  • 2GB RAM
  • Dedicated IP (I wouldn't want to share an IP with another person)
  • PHP, MYSQL, SSH, FTP, etc... (basically a regular WHM VPS server)


So, what about the company ?
Must NOT be based in US, UK, FR (Basically the company must not be from any of those countries)
Have been in the hosting business for LEAST 5years (Sorry, I don't trust the new companies no matter how shiny they may be!)
Server Locations: Netherlands, Sweden , Switzerland (maybe other places but i PREFER the first 2 locations)
Support: Fast response times (if i have a problem, i don't want to wait a million years to get a simple answer)
Billing: PayPal preferred
Language: English only. (I can't speak other foreign languages to save my life!)


Monthly Budget ?
$40-70 (Depends on what's being offered on the table)


So my fellow WJ'ers , who do you recommend & any experiences with them ?
