Looking for admin.

i am looking for admin for my site gamerzheaven.org

i want him to be fully active.. and run the site..

what ever we earn from the site will be shared with him on a 60/40 basis.

the site is good as it got a rank 3 in katz on its first submit.

When you said fully active, what would be your requirements for being fully active? And what will be the roles in case?
