Looking for a VPS For teamspeak sever/Bnc

Hi there guys

I'm looking for a really cheap vps(or anything else that would fit my requirements), for using a BNC (1-2 people max), and a teamspeak 3 server, for 10/15 people max.

Any idea of what I can use ? Would not want to spend more then 4$ month

Those I said and cinfu doesnt allow irc bnc.

Anyone know any I can use ?
