Litespeed dnt allow warez & porn . you will not get Litespeed server for warez host .

you may get a small end vps for 15euro/month .So why you are looking for litespeed server ?

nginx or varnish cache server will be better for wordpress .And install wp super cache /quick cache or w3 total cache into your blog.
