shit like this should be dissalowed (opening a host 'company' with VPS)

but, he's looking for partner, hope that you will expand yourself on dedicated server, obtain cpanel and whcms licence and all that..

Now a days everyone is opening a hosting "Company" with just buying a vps, without any website, support, backup, knowledge etc. Things are going bad....
