Looking for a long term video hosting platform

I have a hentai website and I'm looking for a video hosting platform for long term.

My requirements -
- Multi quality encoding support
- Importing subtitles from videos. (I've tried a lot of hosts and some don't import subs from mkv)
- Should use plyr.io
- Premium subscription with no ads for my users.
- Should have some live support on telegram or something.

Oh, a hentai site, good luck surviving with your requirements. Best solution is to do hardsub, multi-quality is a bit useless, people want 1080p or 720p, we don't really care about 480p or 360. Do premium by subscription, you will sink. If you were a niche site, why not, but honestly, I see that you are very recent (creation of the domain: 10/21/2024), no one will take it except with big counterparts. Your users will prefer to go elsewhere (and there is better elsewhere). I wish you good luck all the same.

With premium i mean, premium subscription for me with the hosting platform to show no ads to my users. Also, this domain might be new but this is not my first venture. I know how to get views. I already got like 100k visits in the first month. I just need a stable platform to host my videos.
