I will give a 728 x 90 header banner spot in exchange for it.. :)

Site is big.. and very active..

It's not that big, but just for a banner I don't know if that's worth the exchange, maybe banner + little money or something, really the traffic isn't the big deal, it's the data base size which causes a huge load on mysql itself.
 
If you can wait a few days i could get you a server.. What do you need?

And, will that banner replace the ad you have on your header?

You are going to need at least several fast processor and lots of ram just alone to run mysql with 6GB, If you do anything under 2-4GB your going to walk into failure.
