Hi WJunction, Im searching for a hosting company to my forum.
The host has to allow nulled IPB and should have a low cost.

Try knownsrv.com..They are cheap,gud service and have gud configuration for VPS..
Also there customer support is nice...I moved from scopehosts to there and is satisfied with their service..
 
I can assure you you won't find a gret host, maybee a great one...

I'm with XSLtel.nl right now, not supper, but does the job... ;)
 
Tried Servedome, Scrpiohost, Mywarezhost (stablelayer isnt even worth mentioning)
and they all can just bow to KnownSRV, surely best hosting I have tried here.

I'm using knowinservers VPS for uploading, but unrar/rar speed are really slow on their basic plan

through out my life i've been with a lots of hosts, but the feature u must look for in a host is the Technical and Backsupport they offer, in my experience http://www.thewebpole.com/ offers them well and good and it is also a free hosting provider
