Buying Looking For A Good RDP

Hey guys.

I have $60 at the moment to spend but i will be needing $10 for my hosting then my sborg payment which is about $10 also and my domain which is $8 which will leave me $32 to spend on an RDP.

What i am looking for is a fast RDP so it has to have good RAM
Also looking for a good connection as i will be downloading torrents then re-uploading them to 4 or 5 filehosts.
I dont mind about the HDD space, as long as i have a minimum of 30GB.
I would like a windows OS also preferrably windows 2008 or higher

Programs that i will need installed are:

utorrent (as i will be downloading torrents)
winrar (obviously needed for rarring)
firefox (preferred internet client)
filezilla
any other ones are fine

Can you guys please post your suggestions of which RDP to buy ?
Also if possible a trial would be great so i can see for myself what the RDP is like.

I will be buying within the next 2-3 days as i am waiting for payment from bank to paypal B-)

Thanks MrSandvik looks good and the speeds are around what i need for uploading / downloading .. the RAR times look good too and the RAM also looks really good.
