Ram: 3 - 4 GB
HDD: 300 GB and more
BW: 3 - 5TB
OS: Windows Server Standard or better
Location: Europe - but not Germany
Price: max 70€
Payment: paypal or PSC

all my older VPS were extrem slow in view of bandwith, storing with winrar. Most of them had reactions like a grandma.
and thats the reason, why I want to rent a root - no VPS.

so, can you tell me, what I can get?
and with preinstalled VNC or an alternative.

Within this budget, you will not get some good processor. Low end processor & other configuration will not give you performance. I would recommend you to raise your budget to around 100euros for reliable services or better processor & ram etc

I don't think it's a good idea recommending serverdome after what happen to them, and motionite don't even have dedicated servers, I doubt he wants a vps.
