do u use reverse proxy or something if yes then u forgot to forward user's IP ? or else go check your strike table & see what are the entries, that would give u some hint

Ahh finally log in issue sorted out..
Tech Guy says :
We added nginx as a reverse proxy, but during install a needed module was not installed so php was reading all users IP's
as the servers IP. All IP's should be correct now and no more login issues..

& Im grateful to Our Popular Blue Suit Holder Humour...For his constant support in CB.. :)
Now only issue left & it is search issue. Whatever I search in Vb forum its redirect me to my portal..

forum - Vb
Portal - Dle

At a rough guess I would say there is some options in your AdminCP for searching which need tweaking but beyond that I have no idea and that is only a guess. I have never used vb4 or a portal so I will be of little help I'm afraid.

Tech Guy says,
The only thing that i can think of is since you are running a bit older version which may have partly different coding in it
due to new php updates you may want to slowly upgrade the vbulletin to 1 version up or to 4.1.12. :|
