People dont like seeing "Your order will be processed manually" as when people buy hosting, they normally want it straight away.

With regards to "To prevent fraud" as soon as your next online, just check the new accounts.

Ya i agree with you, but its too risk to make auto setup. We have lost many $$$ and domains cost due to fraud credit card charge backs from paypal. So we changed our account setup process to manual. Though we will try our best to setup account fast.
