Are you just checking the Alexa ranks and PR ??

I mean I think SEO URLs Also comes in SEO.

In My opinion thats the main thing.
As these are warez sites.The more old the better rank.
But no one can change the type of seo done on their own forums.
How well they have made the topic URL search engine friendly.
But it is upto you.
No personal reasons.... :D
