Hi,
Hmmz, my collegue just came back to me stating that your harddrive is dead. Completely dead. We just had planned in to put in a second disc but I guess you need 2 new discs now

Sir, we havent had any downtime besides the time the Hard Disks failed, and really if you do not like the service, please let me point out that there are many hosts around here that you can move to.Down again....every week down.
