Just to keep everyone informed I have at last recived some reply from the DC, this what they have to say.

We haven't done anything. My collegue is trying to find the problem. HOld on.
So it wont be long till they fix it.

Hmmz, my collegue just came back to me stating that your harddrive is dead. Completely dead. We just had planned in to put in a second disc but I guess you need 2 new discs now :(

So once the drives have been installed I am goin to restore the most uptodate backup we have for each account, this will take some time and I do apologise.

Added after 7 Hours 58 minutes:

Just to keep everyone updated, I have jsut got the server back as brand new, so I do need to install everything and get your accounts back, will be working on it today/all day.

To compensate for the downtime all shared customers will have there next due invoice waved aside.
All Reseller accounts will get 50% off the next invoice.
 
All Customers who Directly buy from us should be able to login to there cPanel and view there sites, If for some reason you cant please leave me a pm, dont reply here.
