..mmmmhhhhh.. I think it is not acceptable... I have found the following statement in another forum, talking about back links from warez websites:

Those type of backlinks will not help you... they will most likely not give any SEO value. Most warez sites also contain spyware\adware and are backlisted in Google or not indexed at all.

..I'm not telling that your website is full of spyware, but that, as you know for sure, it is not well seen by google... sorry! ;)

PS: ..I have a torent website and it is completely the same... :facepalm:
