Link Box Help

I have the link box above the shout, what I want is to be able to add image I can get it to show but I can't seem to get it to fill the entire box see pic below, I have tried to increase the size of pic with no luck does anyone have any idea how to fix this thanks

not sure where you mean to add this, I figure I would add what I did to get image to show

[Lock Down]

repeat-x is for a background image. try changing width from width="200" to width="100%"

It may stretch it out tho too much.
