Q: Do you allow Warez linking?
A: Yes, Warez linking is no problem.

Q: Are you a reseller?
A: No, we have our own servers and do not resell other companies.

Q: How do you handle abuse?
A: If we receive a non severe report, we will forward it to you. If your server is constantly violating TOS or is sending SPAM/(D)DoS we will suspend your server.

Q: How can I report abuse?
A: You can report abuse by sending an email to abuse@libertyvps.net and we will act within 24 hours.

Q: Can I host ... on your server?
A: We allow all content that is not listed in our Terms of Service down below.

I havent seen worst deal than this one...with the price of your "Platinium VPS" people can get dedicated server...and 40gb space 4TB bandwith ? May be you should check some posts here before you open yours...
 
Dear avaloncraven,

We have updated our packages to reflect the current market on this forum. Unfortunately we cannot lower our pricing but we have increased our resources limits. You are right, people can get a dedicated server for 79$, but most of these dedicated servers are not 1 Gbit, are located in poor datacenters and will get you shut down if you receive any abuse report. Our policy is way different as we don't shutdown servers for abuse, but let the client act first before us suspending / deleting the VPS.

yes you are right, all pornography illegal by NL law is not allowed. you can run the site you get but we will forward DMCA to you if content is copyrighted.
