Without knowing the facts relating to the sexual assault case I would be hesitant to say rame, its quite common for people to abuse the court system for publicity in money. This is expecially likely in high profile cases such as this.
No reason to do this to a company. If you don't break the rules in which PayPal has stated than your account will never be limited. Even after that they allow you to withdraw your money after 180-days so don't say they've stolen it. If you've verified it VCC, VBA, put false information, opened more than accounts stated, scammed, etc than its your fault. Plus, you've got options to unlimit the account. You just need to provide information.
I love to pay someone to process my order for a small fee or no fee. As long as it is reasonable. Then again... paypal is shit for many reasons. However, tough times call for wide openings.
