Woop just left school today :)
Got a full time job, starting tomorrow contiuning working on the boat (sheerwater) and then once that stops will be working around the boat yard and learning skills /maritime skills :D

PS: Making £315 p/week ... £1800 p/month

Thanks bro, the maritime skills is a college course but i'll be doing it through work.

High school, my parents were fine with it as I wasn't gaining anything from being there and it was just a waste of time. Right enough, I wouldn't of left if I didn't have a full time job lined up.
 
I'm also tired of school, just don't have the balls to do anything about it.
Nor do I have the determination to do anything useful if I'm not at school.

Some call it laziness, but I think I just don't know what it is I want to do.

You're lucky you found what you love.

you could apply for a job and work as an apprentice by taking school one day a week
 
@ Robin H, It's not what I love to do it's just the best job going and I enjoy it - I also have no idea what I want to do with my life, I'm only 16. I just think this is the best thing for me now since school has nothing for me and at least this way I'm earning money :P

It's an good idea if you were not gaining anything, i guess
Personally I enjoy school not the learning but having fun but i still pass all my classes.

You're 16? you didn't even finish your high school. :facepalm:

Trust me you've just made a big mistake that you will regret someday. You could earn money anytime at any age!
 
Why stay at school when I feel I'm wasting my own time and my teachers time, when I feel I'm gaining nothing why stay?

When I could leave, get a job, learn skills that could potentially help me more than school would. My high school isn't wide in subjects and you don't learn 'nessecary skills' you way need one day.
 
In the world today education is a weapon. I don't think you made the right choice mate. You would have made much more money than now if you had completed your proper schooling, college and graduation.

But its your life, your choice and totally your wish. All the best with your future!
 
kiddo your right mate he made a big mistake to leave school. once you have done a proper education you can get much better job and high paid work

I agree, plus it's easier to make friends including affairs while you are at school. Money isn't everything mate.. you will miss your schools times when you get old. Anyway, good luck with your plans!
 
wow, if I did that, I'd be asking for trouble. In Canada, it's a law to go to school for 12 years <_< after that government has no say on your education. Well got 2 years left and I'm free :D
