How can the download speed be the same as the average speed?
I had RL installed on my server and it was never the same (because the speed was going up and down all the time).

Isn't that an indication of photoshoping?

Your hosting is really good & I appreciated the qulaity. Only problem is Bandwidth. You provide very less bandwidth. Increase ur Bandwidth 3Times & it would be better for u & ur customers
 
Just bought 20gb plan with 200gb bandwidth on 1gbps shared port, I must say that the speed is very impressive upload & download. Connection is pretty stable for the 2 days I have been using. Highly recommended!
