Hey admin, I have my account suspended by 10 hours, for use Rar and Unrar ?

I have one file of +11 GB,(I get this in 3 days, ) are 150 files of video, I need use this feature, please not delete my files.
If you service not support , said for me, how do upgrade for this not be limited.

Your RL was suspended for using RAR/UNRAR process for a long time. its beyond our TOS.
