First initial thought = "Is this a dating site?"

Header image reminds me of a Dating Site instead of a Porn site. I would also shorten it up some.

Search function does not work you have not coded it yet.

I like the setup of the site, but you should have larger screenshots of the flicks imo.

I would add some DVD Covers to the left menu, giving it a fuller look and definetly getting interest on some newer content other than the recent posts text plainly there. I want to see what I'm bout to click before I click it if I'm a horny visitor. Do you read a playboy article before or after you check out the centerfold?

Site looks like one of those parked porn domains. Usually i close the tab after i see a domain like that.
