Buy ASUS Transformer Prime Tab with Keyboard so both the uses are fulfilled xD

ahhh yes. i forgot about the dock..

if you get a tablet and get it with a dock, not only is your battery life increased (if the dock has a battery supply) but you also get a keyboard which pretty much turns your tablet into a touchscreen laptop.

for casual browsing and reading emails in the morning I love my iPad, but its far from ideal for real work

for travelling and working on the go i use an asus ultrabook, which is ridiculously light and powerful but still can't beat a proper desktop

The functionality of a laptop still reigns supreme. I see the appeal of a tab but with the amount of things you can't do...I need a laptop for my daily needs.

I like to work on laptop over the tablet. For casual browsing and fun tablet is ok. But for work laptops still reign.
