Sadly, our Rotterdam datacenter is having another network outage(AltusHost and a lot of other big providers are affected together with us). It's completely out of our control, we can just wait for their network team to fix it.

If anyone would want to get migrated to our Alpen network within the Netherlands, please open a support ticket once the main network gets back up.

I will keep you updated.

Unfortunately, I don't have an ETA but since the whole network is down, including other big hosting companies, I don't think it will take them a lot to bring everything back up and stable. As I said above, we pay much more for that network. It's supposed to be one of the most stable NL networks, and it was until 2 days ago.

and this is the second time its happened and other time was fixed with in the hour :):)

Well, our site is hosted on that network because it used to be very stable. We can only wait for the network team to fix it. In the meantime we are preparing a new set of servers at multiple locations to host our main site on.

You misunderstand. He's talking about all the same network. The main site is hosted on the network that some of our VPS's are on. So therefore with it being down, so is our VPSs and their site.
