I just want to give some propz to KnownSRV team. They went throught a lot some months ago, but I'm very happy to know that KnownSRV stayed around and it is better than ever(personal experience). Highly recommended!
 
I remained faithful to KnownSRV. It turned out properly. So far I changed the 20 server for 4 years. KnownSRV the best. Stable and fast server. Prices very reasonable. Exceptional support. All the best. I recommend.

Its not my usual doing to give some sort of review but this Hosting Provider is damn f***** awesome, they never fail to amaze us how great they are the moment we started our site on their service. Though they encounter a lot of problems, still they stand strong and that only proves that they are going to survive any upcoming obstacles on their future goals.

Im hoping they keep the same service as this is what their customers used to. Perhaps, their way of treating customers makes their customers keep coming back just like we do. The moment knownsrv is in turmoil, we are forced to move out on many hosting provider but just to tell everyone, all those providers we had moved, they are just like full of them self, full of promising word to lure you but the moment they got your money, you will feell like being ripped off thinking that its not even worth a cent moving on their service.

Its kind of bad for us to leave them on their bad times but its the only feasible to do cause of some reasons, i really want to say sorry for that. But when we feel like knownsrv is getting stable and able to fully stand . We go back on their service and until now, we are on their care.

They are just awesome, you cant find any service like them. Even though they can not give you immediate reply for the support. Its still like worth the wait because you will learn something from them, i actually learn all of the commands i use when im connecting to our server using putty.


You can also be assure that your server is going to be optimized, if they forgot to do so, you can request optimization like installing nginx on your server. Though all their products are basically a fully managed server. I actually dont recommend that you keep depending on that idea, its also best that you slowly earn on your own.


Over all, if i grade their service from 1 to 100, ill give them 95 , its an honest grading, less 5 for their support isnt that fast but you are assure that you will get a reply anytime of the day.

Hey Krnuix, you have send me the wrong Details in the Email. I have ordered Direct-Admin, not Cpanel, and this Cpanel is not working. There are also Kloxo Login Details, but i have never ordered Kloxo, and this is not working too...please fix this asap. The Ticket is: #675244

Krun!x, is KnownSRV.com still your Company? Because i am waiting since 2 Days for the Direct Admin Login, and another Guy answered to my Ticket, not you. So, how long does it take to activate this Direct Admin ffs?

Gambler, I can see your order has been setup. I'm very sorry for the delay regarding DirectAdmin license. They took their time to activate due to the weekend. Welcome emails show both cPanel and Kloxo logins but none of they works if you ordered DirectAdmin.
