I would say 4 + 2 is 6 hours not 12 hours, if it was 12 hours he could have left a quick update that it takes longer, instead of letting everybody wait like hes doing now

I have worked with servers during many years as a hardware-specialist and to split up a rack takes more than 4hrs and for not to mention the transportation to another physical location.

If I correctly understand, we will need to move to another hardware? Install loads of software to DS again :)) ?
 
If someone sends out a mail with the words:

- and now we're up to 13hrs?

How can anyone interpret this?

From my point of view are 4hrs + 2hrs equal to 6hrs?

If knownsrv couldn't hold this schedule then knownsrv shouldn't have sent the mails.

That's unprofessional!
 
Come on this is getting ridiculous, there has been no update at all, and already more then 7 hours past the time it should have been done.
 
Guys please do not panic. I am sure that Kruno maximum work .

It is necessary to know the basics of DDoS attacks and know that no successful measures to remove the very strong attack. The only way to change IP addresses. Kruno does exactly that.

The problem will be definitely solved. Do not create psychosis. The message says if someone wants to refund any money taken back. It is a professional. I believe the Kruno and stay with him.
 
Well considering the past vps providers that I have had, Knownsrv still handles its customers professionally. There are some providers who have downtimes for about a week and never give any estimated time when the prob will be fixed. And its been a long time since Knownsrv had a downtime as far as I recall.
 
Hey,

We are still working on the move. It's moving the hardware and changing around 1000 IP addresses / reconfiguring VPS. So far we moved the hardware and configured new IP ranges. We are waiting for the datacenter to provide us access to the switch so we can continue working on VLANs.

There is NO data loss.
 
Just wait guys, Kruno is doing a great job with his resources which was available.
It isn't easy migrating let alone moving data center.

I would suggest not opening loads of support tickets though - it could cause further delays to your questions.
