There was a mistake in our billing system and thats the reason your account was automatically suspended due to non payment.
I have changed the billing date and your hosting is online now.
Our servers were very well working with your domain, you cannot expect Nameservers to get updated within seconds. It takes upto 24 hours.
i just purchased hosting, i got a trial c-panel and when i try to make a databse and install vbulletin i get you dont have permission to connect to database, c-panel wont allow me to give the database user enough privalidges to connect.
forget the hosting asked for a refund through ticket system no reply
so im saying refund me on here.

FYI cPanel with trial version isnt a fucked up version .
And yeah, we would always prefer to refund rather than having customers like you, who do not know how to speak.
You will get your refund tomorrow and do not forget to submit your cancellation request.

There are a lot of abusers buying offshore hosting around here.. And naturally, they will take the cheapest package.
So do you have like 3 servers, 1 for each package, or do I, if i pay $15 will be hosted on the same machine some idiot paid $5 for and abusing?

Well, its the same server but we know how to handle those abusers.
If you look around the thread, you will find some users complaining about the service , these are the ones you are talking about and we usually suspend their service.

Just bought the "Hatchling" package earlier to test it out.
The setup was very fast, and i didn't have to wait for my domain to get settled.
Although I have had a few problems, disconnections from FTP, slow loading times at some point, and now my site is down. Interesting bit is that through my main domain name i cant access the site, but with my parked domain i can. Can somebody please explain that?
I have checked now with my registar and everything is ok at their end.
