Thumper, my site wasn't down.
Thats not what I said. Please read again. Some of the functions weren't working like searching for new plugins, akismet, and autoposting.

Seems like cron jobs, and other things have been configured incorrectly on knowin's end (I dont know what exactly for sure) But despite support tickets etc, it hasn't been fixed.

Besides... I've changed host now, and everything is working perfectly.
 
That certainly is very strange... Working perfectly fine here. Might be still in the progress of changing the DNS fully.
It's showing 404 because I have deleted all my files out of the file manager in KnowinServers cPanel.
Everything is up at my new host now. Suppose we'll just have to wait till DNS propergation is 100% complete :-)
 
Having problems third day now with hosting. Is this just me or everyone? (support don't want to communicate with me, I am feeling like talking with wall there :( )
 
They took a months money off me on 16th July for my rapidleech package (payment for 24/7 - 23/8) - not a great amount but thats not the point.

Yesterday I tried to access my RL server only to bounce to some sedoparking page.

I submitted a ticket about the problem, first to be told 'Try now, its working fine' (it wasn't), then after another ticket I got "Unfortunately we're no longer running a rapidleech server".

Great customer care folks - couldn't you stretch to an email? 24 hours notice to remove my files and tidy up doesn't seem too demanding.

Also, you must've known you were cancelling the service when you took my money. As I said, its not a large amount of money by any means, but that sort of business practice isn't great.
 
sir please for god sake fix my site my site not working form 4 days now same probelm i send ticket and all times same answer that we are working on it and we are working on it SarMai alos have the same probelm yaar
