Can't connect to VPS, don't receive money back

I have purchase your VPS, and I can not connect to this VPS. At first I think it is in the set up time (As your service, 1-24h setup time for windows VPS). After 24h, I still can not connect to the VPS. So I cancel it and buy another service(I dont have too much time to wait...). I opened a ticket, and supporter tell me that you do not refund for more than 24h. (But 24h is the time for setup, how can i know it work or not ?). The supporter said that he can opened the VPS again for me, I accepted. But after all, I still can't connect to the VPS( picture below):

and the VPS status still Terminated(Supporter tell lie :facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:???)

Now I just want my money back because I found another better service.

So what happen to me, no VPS & no money back ?
In your service, the setup time for windows VPS is 1-24h, so I have to wait more than 24h and still can't login to VPS, that why I cancel it. And now I have nothing, don't you?

Regarding your VPS , Open a ticket and We will check it.

servers down again?The previous downtime that I had was only 2 days ago for christ sake.
Data-center are having router problems , We can not do much in it.

im planning to have a KS NW100 (Windows|Netherlands)..

is this server is up? i dont want to have any troubles upon purchase, i just read that there are downtime in some area..

and does Windows have the capability to run sBorg?

I placed a cancel after more than 24h but less than 48h(100% Sure). Because your service said that the set up time is 1-24h, so I have to wait at least 24h to know that VPS is working or not! Why do you always tell lie!

P/S : my ticket haven't been solved #516579. my vps is still down....
