Clarification of some points in my previous review:
Apparently the cpu load indicator is in 1000 mhz units, which is 500 mhz of real core units, so the 10 load would be 10000 mhz units, which is 5000 mhz real core, which means on a Xeon 5630 (which is listed as the core for the plan), it would be a little under 2 cores or less, since 2530 mhz is the core non-turbo, and 2800 mhz is the core during turbo.
So, technically, Apache wasn't as horrendously inefficient as I thought, but still, lighttpd hovers around 1 load to 2 load when going full bore at 200 mbit transfer, which means 500 real mhz to 1000 real mhz, which means my load on the server is negligible :P.
