Clarification of some points in my previous review:
Apparently the cpu load indicator is in 1000 mhz units, which is 500 mhz of real core units, so the 10 load would be 10000 mhz units, which is 5000 mhz real core, which means on a Xeon 5630 (which is listed as the core for the plan), it would be a little under 2 cores or less, since 2530 mhz is the core non-turbo, and 2800 mhz is the core during turbo.

So, technically, Apache wasn't as horrendously inefficient as I thought, but still, lighttpd hovers around 1 load to 2 load when going full bore at 200 mbit transfer, which means 500 real mhz to 1000 real mhz, which means my load on the server is negligible :P.

Infact we have our hardware read but we lack Windows Tech admin,
and thats the reason its on hold.
Once we get someone to take care of our windows vps, we will start it in full fledge

I've been using KnowinServers for almost a month now and what I can say is that I'm pretty impressed with the service. Server loads are quite good not maxed out. Speeds are as advertised and support is good. You can always get him on msn if you are in a hurry.

One thing is that somehow the vps seems to reboot every couple of days. I'm not too sure why. Hope they will fix this as soon as possible.

Routings are good to my area and yeah, its good =)

Yes , you are right.
But i dont think so you will be able to make 30 TB bandwidth
even if you use torrents as its shared Gbps and not dedicated line.
